• Completion of business impact analysis to identify critical assets
• Analysis to estimate continuity requirements
• Risk assessment

Determining BCM Strategy
• The business recovery concept
• Actions to reduce risk

Developing and Implementing BCM response
• Development of plans and procedures to:
  - Resume business activities
  - Control business continuity emergencies
  - Define the level of management teams required
  - Deal with threat to reputation
  - Identify the communications requirements

Exercising Plans
• Exercising plans to include technical tests, desk top and full-scale live exercises
